My career started in software development. Over time, product responsibility, leadership and the management of complex IT and transformation initiatives followed.
That background still shapes how I work today. I understand not only project plans, budgets and steering bodies, but also the perspective of engineering, architecture and operations.

In complex IT initiatives, I work comfortably across very different levels: engineering, testing, business users, architecture, management and executive leadership.
I want technical questions to remain understandable and management decisions to stay grounded in technical reality. A significant part of my work happens exactly at that interface.
From developer to business responsibility
I spent the first years of my career developing software myself. This was followed by roles as Head of Product, Division President and Founder before my focus increasingly shifted towards leading complex IT and transformation initiatives.
These different perspectives help me bring together technical, product and business requirements – from working with engineering teams to communicating with executive management and C-level stakeholders.
